Bottom right is an ancient memorial with latin engraving from the 1300s. A stone pulpit that was set up in 1508 was replaced with the taller carved wooden pulpit in the 1800s. For St Mary's, Catholicism gave way to the thinking of the new Church of England in the mid 1800s.
